Kinda Obsessed with Dakota Fanning's Glamour Cover Shoot

Wow, hasn't Miss. Fanning grown up so fast getting more elegant and fabulous by the minute. Promoting her newest film, Very Good Girls, also starring Elizabeth Olsen, Dakota Fanning has become the "it" girl of the spring. It feels like yesterday I watched her as the cute, ballet dancing little girl in Uptown Girls, while now she rocking the cover of Glamour and every tabloid out there. I have to say that I am just in love with the photo spread she did for Glamour. I love her hair, her wardrobe, and the set; it just channels this old fashioned kind of glamorous hollywood. Its a good look for Dakota, she just shines so beautifully in this shoot.

I love this hairstyle; these big bouncy and full curls. Ugh, I am obsessed with this hair. I am going to be trying to find out all kinds of ways to make this hairstyle possible. Will update on my findings!

A feminine touch to headphones

Frends metallic headphones are becoming all the rage in women's fashion by adding this feminine touch of gold and rose gold to the plating of the headphones. Now, beatsbydre are no longer only option for girls who want to hear great sounding tunes. But more importantly, girls can look more stylish than ever while listening to a superb quality of music. My opinion is a check plus, I love these head phones, they are hot and chic. Its girly with out over doing like the hot pink beats, I find these effortlessly elegant, when sometimes headphones can look a little goofy. If you are not convinced by this, at least look at some of the pictures from the ad campaigns, maybe it will help!

My favorite is the Layla Rose Gold

PJK's Spring Pastels

Looks delicious, right? Yeah thats what I thought,I kind of want to just eat this entire collage. PJK's spring collection is leaning towards really the feminine, light, and pastel vibe, as exemplified by their blouses. These blouses are great, they work with everything, shorts, skinnies, and skirts. I recommend pairing these beautifully colored blouses with a pair of patterned bottoms. You can never have too many blouses, they are always my go-to shirt to dress up any outfit.

Here are my favorite looks from PJK's S/S look book, how beachy and carefree!

Tory Burch Knows Spring/Summer

So I was having fun, browsing the Tory Burch website this evening when I came across their Spring and Summer look book. This is probably my favorite S/S look book I have viewed so far, ugh I just love it; it makes me want to lay a luxurious pool with a cool glass of lemonade. Noticed how I say lemonade, how 60's of me, but that is exactly what this look book has intended for me to feel: the urge to become a retro babe. This look book just channels the retro era from the back yard pool, to the white lace and colorful patterns worn by the models. Its like this glamourous blast from the past, or if you are like me being very young its like this look you wish you knew but are dying to get to know now. With that in mind, I personally love the retro vibe and I am dying to embrace this retroness as soon as possible! Here's what is on my list from the Tory Burch S/S collection, so I can join these beautiful models channeling their inner Jackie-O and Faye Dunaway.

How retro-spectacular are these glasses?! Ah I am in love, this is a must-buy in order to embrace this spring's retro feel

Metallic Rim Sunglasses

Ida Wedge; another must have, I am so obsessed with these wedges, I am going to put them in the number one spot for best shoe for the spring. Just sayin' you saw it here first!

Kiki Printed Sandal; can have retro with out the prints! How Pucci-esque are these sandals!

Mia Short Short; more prints! These flowers just channel the inner flower child in all of us! (Notice its being paired with a seafoam top... accent color of the season)

Eden Reversible Bikini; even more retro prints! I love when bikinis are reversible its like getting two bathing suits! More is more : )

Tina Mini Bag; how fun and beachy?!

Stacked T Tromp Logo Hardshell Case for Iphone 5; this case just reminds me of a retro beach towel, love.

Spring's Seafoam Accents

The seafoam color is proving to be the trendiest accent color through accessories for this spring look, especially the seafoam shoe. I like the color seafoam; its pastel and subtle yet can drastically change the look of any outfit. Seafoam is such a calming color, it just speaks the sounds of the ocean waves crashing onto the sea floor. I think this is the look and attitude that the seafoam trend is going for though, this natural calming vibe but adds a touch of color that is bright but chic. I see this trend in sandals the most; how fitting... beachy sandals that remind you of a beach!? This color is also being paired with coral tones, especially in jewelry. After searching the web for this trend, I have picked my favorite seafoam items that are definitely a necessity for the spring.

Rebecca Minkofff: Mini Mac Bag

Elizabeth and James: Paige Sandals

Pour la Victoire: Elle Cap Toe Pump

Jeffrey Campbell: Hough Pump

Rich and Skinny: Legacy Skinny Jeans

Joie: A la Plage Sandals

Mini Mon Amour

Mon amour, well that is for sure. What perfect timing Louis Vuitton has showing off their new line of romantic handbags right around Valentine's day. The english title being, "my mini love" gives a little insight to the theme the designers were trying to convey, although it sounds so much better in french. These bags just speak romance, especially during their debuting lookbook; if you didn't sense the romance vibe before, you will after seeing the beautiful back drop of France and of course girls on bicycles. I'm not sure what is going on this year, but bicycles have been the icon of a romantic afternoon. Its funny actually, all of that talk about baguettes and bicycles last night, I found myself in the bakery of Whole Foods this afternoon actually considering if I should buy an entire french baguette for myself. Don't worry, I didn't I asked for a sample instead....will power right there.

Apart from the intense romance and love affair I, and many other readers, have created with the idea of the perfect day involving wearing one of these handbags and riding a bicycle with a baguette in the front around Paris, these handbags are also just gorgeous. With the style being so classic, the bold colors of pinks and reds just speak vibrance. I find these bags to be very complimentary of not only the outfit, but the personality of the wearer. It takes a bold and brilliant personality to rock a hot pink bag.
Je suis dans l'amour
I wish this bag could be on my Valentine's day list! That's okay, chocolates and champagne will do this year : )

Miu Miu Love

While Walking around the streets of Rome, one of my favorite activities was to walk into every store that had an amazing window decor. This led me into stores like Blumarine, Laduree, Fendi, Louis Vuitton and Balenciaga. Miu Miu had, by far, the most beautiful window display that I had seen all year. It was just stunning: it was so sparkly and dainty. Instantly, I fell in love and I needed to see more of their collection, especially for the spring. Some of my favorite findings included their shoes, of course, and jewelry. I love this crystal theme they have been going with... its like Miu Miu shed this light on the idea that "bling bling" can be elegant, and lets be honest here who doesn't just love to bling it up once and a while. With Miu Miu's crafted jewels and shoes, you can get all kinds of crazy with bling but look classy as hell. Well done, Miu Miu, well done.

These pieces are great, but this necklace takes it all... absolutely fabulous and definitely the most practical since it can be worn with many outfits! Bling bling baby!

Look at that sass on this model's face! Love their recent lookbook! Miu Mui: sassy and classy.

High fashion got grudged

Everyone's obsession with Balenciaga's "egyptofunk" tee shirts has got me thinking that maybe this has-been-grungy-yet-funky look will stay and follow into the spring collections.

Who else is ready to dip into Mara Hoffman's bikinis this spring

Classic to the Mara Hoffman nature, her bathing suits remain the hot, wild and eclectic suits that seem to just dominate the bathing suit market with her crazy, colorful and tribal prints. Providing the vibe to be wild and free, but sexy, as one should while gracing the beaches. There's never a dull moment in Mara Hoffman's collections, especially this spring.  My two favorites this spring collection are:

The Feather underwire bikini

The Pow Wow bikini
